Well, pretty spectacular.

According to Elliot, the team considered creating ‘dark’ versions of Phoenix and Layton that would be residents of Labyrinth City, as well as having Edgeworth and Larry brought into the city as well.  Also pictured is early art for Jeeken, and an unused NPC who carried a variety of masks.

Holy shit my sides. I don’t know whats funnier the evil Layton and Wright, or Larry and Edgeworth (who probably has that exact outfit already)

I’m like 100% certain The Judge from the Phoenix Layton crossover is the same as the one from the Ace Attorney games

Capcom announced today that Ace Attorney 5 is going to be a thing! They announced this at an Ace Attorney 10th Anniversary Celebration Event…which is taking place about 3 months after the real 10th anniversary…

Anyway!

All we got is a logo. No idea who’s the star or what platform it’s on.

Speculation says the logo looks like for when Phoenix was the star so that means its a Phoenix game. Speculation also says the 5 is Apollo red so it could be starring both!!

I forget what happened when Ace Attorney 4 was confirmed for the first time ever. Like I think I remember a time where we just had a logo and maybe they said it’d be a new guy but we didnt know what he looked like yet.

 Also confirmed was Ace Attorney 123HD

This is the first three games with high res character sprites for iOS and Android stuff. The first game is already on iPhone and Capcom is nice enough to update that to the new version.
